My Journey
I started my career in first grade and kindergarten classrooms, where I developed a deep appreciation for the foundational years of learning and development. That experience led me to pursue advanced study as a literacy specialist, broadening my understanding of literacy across the continuum. From there, my work expanded into program and divisional leadership and development.
Today, I serve as an Early Years and Early Primary Principal. Over nearly two decades in education, my work has taken me across Asia, the Middle East, and North America.

I believe schools should be built with communities, not simply for them. Throughout my career as an educator, literacy specialist, and school leader, I have explored how schools can nurture curiosity, wellbeing, academic excellence, and a lifelong love of learning.
